I have been working at Publicis Health Media full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you’re on the media planning side, tons of amazing vendor perks. Have made many good friends I work with

    Cons

Long hours, sometimes work can be tedious. People don’t take lunch breaks (eat at your desk and work through lunch). Not a great training program.. sink or swim

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Publicis Health Media in August 2020.

    Interview

After an initial screening call with a PHM recruiter, I was able to have a second phone call with someone in a leadership position on the team, followed by a virtual/video interview with 4 members of the wider team. 30 minutes were set aside for a conversation with each of the 4 interviewers, followed by 30 minutes where all of them listened to a presentation I had prepared (materials and relevant questions having been emailed ahead of time). Overall, great conversations, warm people, and a fun challenge!
