Not sure if I can say much about the interview process as I only had the first initial call. However, my process took a long time. I was dissapointed it took 2 months after my initial call to hear any official update. I also had to be the one to reach out twice for any news on whether or not I was moving forward or not. Finally, they let me know they were looking for someone more senior. I understand there has been a high volume of candidates - especially in this difficult market. However coming from someone with a full-cycle recruiting background - candidate experience is incredibly important. Having candidates wait months to hear back any update is really saddening.
