Interview held by 3 internal staff members. - Did not understand why 3 people were needed. - one of the asian ladies looked like she been slapped in the face. No smiles and no eye contact. - Role was advertised for Service Manager, however the questions asked were more for a delivery manager. - did not understand their exact requirements for the job, and to be honest i feel they are all in a-bit of a messy situation.
