Recently I was laid off because company is downsizing. So i have applied to as many companies as possible . And now after 2 weeks they are wanted to retain me by giving me automation testing position. I was into development previously. So should accept their retention or should I proceed with job hunt? Currently I have no job offers nor any interview scheduled . 3 years of experience in angular and node. Overall 7 years of experience . Please give some suggestions I am not able to decide.

Feeling Frustrated Iam from TN and there is a team outing planned this week for which my parents are not okay bvz of the cauvery issue. As last time for the same issue they burnt buses of TN and hit some TN PPL. Manager is forcing me saying this is not a avoid reason, they will burn only buses, you should come. How to handle it?

Tech Mahindra I got a salary breakup from HR 4 days ago and my background verification is still going on since last week. HR is ignoring my call from yesterday. Is it normal or should I look for other options? I am really worried as layoffs are going on in my current company.
