Pros
My manager was amazing as well as her manager. They trusted my judgement and always backed me up. My team was also amazing to work with. They were always very helpful and great with all my questions when I first started. Kim and Claire keep up the great work!!
Cons
The only con I have is they closed down our Phoenix Office and I was laid off. I would have worked with them forever if that was possible.
Advice to Management
Just keep doing what you were doing I truly loved working there and wish I still was able to!
Application
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at RetailMeNot (Phoenix, AZ (US)) in April 2018.
Interview
After applying online, I was sent an online coding challenge that had about 5 questions. This could be completed in any language. Next, I had a basic phone screen with the recruiter. I was then invited for a half day of interviews. First was with a director, the next was a 1hr whiteboard session with two engineers, then an interview with the engineering manager, then a culture fit interview with a product owner, finally a quick benefits overview with HR.
