    Pros

Great people, fun competitions, bright building, top notch sales training

    Cons

Pay structure has changed, no work life balance

    Advice to Management

Allow for a set schedule, not something that changes weekly/monthly. Bring commission back for top earners, or you might lose good people with great skills.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rock Connections (Detroit, MI (US)).

    Interview

The parking and walk to the building took longer than I expected. I had a total of three interviews. One with a recruiter, and two others with leadership. They were all laid back but really professional and the questions made me think. The interview was pretty straight forward, but I really had to think about specific examples from my work history. The building was really colorful and it looked liked the employees were really happy. They showed me the kitchens and workspace, and it is definitely a step above what I have seen with other businesses.

    Interview Questions

    • They had me do a mock sales call, I wish I was prepared for that, but it seemed to go well.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

No negotiation. I was told that it was entry level and that commission helps me to make more money if I work hard.
