    Get more professional HRs and make good policies and processes. Don't leave everything to Managers. Don't behave cheaply and restrict travel benefits.

    I applied from college. The process involved resume shortlisting followed by telephonic interview. It was a one time tech+ hr interview which lasted for about 20 minutes. He was calm and positive. The profile was related to supply chain.
