Our Graduate Development Program ‘Accelerate’ is designed for recent STEM or business graduates looking to work across a variety of technology based roles – from software developers and quality assurance testers to service designers, solution engineers and IT specialists.

You will join a 2-year program with 2 (3 max) project rotations within our ATS (Air Travel Solutions) organization, which covers our Airline Operations, Airport Operations, Passenger Processing, Baggage Processing and Border Management portfolios. At the end of the first year, we’ll work with you to understand if you’re on track to continue to a second year with us.

As part of Accelerate, you’ll learn a wide variety of skills and gain invaluable real project experience. You’ll be offered additional training with access to our learning and development resources, boosting your future career opportunities.     Lots of perks. Rewarded employees fairly for their contributions, unlike the company i work for now.


    off-hand i cannot think of any. It is a huge company. I worked one of their small contracts at the airport. Unfortunately, i only worked for them for a few short years before they lost the contract.
