Environmental Contributions

In 2018 SITA started a program to reduce the impact of our travel, while supporting programs around biodiversity, habitat preservation, reforestation, education, access to clean power and community development. By the end of the year, we had offset all our air travel. And we're proud that working with our partner Natural Capital Partners has reaped benefits for the environment and communities in Borneo and Tamil Nadu. Our next projects are supporting access to clean water and hygiene in Guatemala and Rwanda.

SITA Air Transport Community Foundation

This initiative – championed by our SITA Council – provides access to ICT and education for young people in five African countries. To date around 83,000 students and teachers have benefited from the programs, 51% of whom are female. With 1,500 computers installed in over 70 new computer labs, we’re helping the next generation to develop essential technology skills for the future.

    I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at SITA (Bohemia, NY (US)) in April 2018.

    Interview

    Phone interview followed by one on one interview. I got contacted by the recruiter and I was summited for the job and I got an interview after a few days. Went through the first process which is 1 hour phone interview and after 2 days I got feedback from the recruiter for second round. Second round was face to face and I went in for that. It was a great interview.
