I worked at Saffery Champness full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent structure, well organised, national support network and a firm who look after you.

    Cons

A little old fashioned in thinking and decisions made by management committees which means nothing ever really gets done.

    Advice to Management

Overall keep up the good work I enjoyed my time there.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Saffery Champness (London, England (UK)) in April 2017.

    Interview

Accounting test to show knowledge and was then called back for an assessment day which consisted of two interviews, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The one in the morning was with the HR recruiter and your potential manager. The interview in the afternoon was with the head of the department.
