Long and tedious process with Adecco. Several interviews full of non-technical questions. In order to arrive to the real interview with your potential managers at Sanofi, you had to complete a boring process with Adecco, including: - Record yourself in an autonomous interview. - Personal interview for which you were required to prepare a power point. - Play a video game proposed by them. Then they evaluate your performance in such game. - A pointless group dynamic with other 7 candidates where we were asked to solve kind of an escape room together. - A final interview with Adecco. After that, I passed to the final stage and I had an interview with a person from Sanofi. This interview was normal, both technical and personal questions related to the job. I didn't pass this interview and I ask myself if it was not easier just to make directly this interview. If I passed it, I would have been required to travel to Barcelona to do the last part of the process. The position was for a 12 months internship, I can't imagine the process for a Senior role, probably longer than to become an astronaut.InterviewTell me a problem you encountered in a Data Science project and how did you solve it.
