    Planning Analyst Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Mumbai
    Accepted Offer
    Positive Experience
    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Saudi Aramco (Mumbai).

    Interview

Basically, the company has two ways to attract the needed talent 1) company's website 2) Ads in leading newspapers.
Interview process is well structured. Experienced recruiters are sent to designated countries or VCIs are conducted.
Offers are made on the spot - depending on the requirement. Medical and other formalities like obtaining visa etc. is quite easy.

    Interview Questions

    • I can't think of any unless the recruiter is less knowledgeable compared with the candidate.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

It all depends on individual's situation. In my case, I did not negotiate.
