Informal , Giving false hopes to the Candidate. Extremely unprofessional behaviour of the HR, when asked for the feedback. Told the candidate is in the final round , but then , the feedback given to the consultant was , the candidate was basic. Then why give a feedback to the candidate at the time of the interview , that he/she is shortlisted.InterviewNothing related to the JD. Looked like they just wanted to kill time on a rainy day !
