One of the best interview experiences I've ever had. There were 3 stages: - screening with HR (first a phone call, followed by a 30 mins video call on Teams the next day): started in native language, then switched to English. Questions were easy to answer, based on my previous experience, on what expectations I have further and some were scenario based ("What would you do if [...]") - technical assessment: had a timer (30-40 mins), some questions with options, some questions with free answer - 1h video call on Teams with 3 people: everyone was very friendly and made me feel welcomed, they introduced themselves first & the company, questions were mostly related to my previous experience and how I was doing my work in the past and some of them were situational questionsInterviewQuestions based on previous experience, situational questions, plus one technical assessment
