Interview process was quick, 1 round with a recruiter, 2 interviews after with managers/directors/etc. That's where the positives end. I was explicitly told twice they would make a decision by the end of the week and I was never sent a follow-up email. No response on Monday either, so I emailed the manager and the recruiter, neither of them responded. They removed the job posting, so I imagine they offered the job to someone else. Doesn't take much to send a courtesy 30 second email to let a candidate know they picked someone else, especially after spending hours interviewing them. Feel like this says a lot about the quality of communication in this company.InterviewStandard interview questions, nothing out of the ordinary.
