Mission

We rent cars. Our roots are German. Ambition and precisionhave been the keys to our growth as we strive to make the world mobile. We bring pride to the Sixt family by ensuring that their values remain engrained in our company’s culture and by supplying luxury cars at economy prices to every customer. Sixt doesn’t practice “You get what you pay for” when it comes to our customers or employees—we give you more, as in BMW or Mercedes-Benz more. Since our expansion to the United States, we’ve also expanded our capacity to provide fulfilling careers for our diverse associates.

Values

Everyone has ‘em. If not, you should get some. They’ve been an important part of upholding our culture, companywide for over 100 years.

In the words of Erich Sixt, “Good is not good if better is expected.”

Sixt believes in the power of innovation. We don't need a crystal ball to recognize the customer and employee needs of tomorrow. We have the Sixt sense, which has enabled us to thrive for over a century.

We value flexibility. Some of us are yogis, but that’s not the type of flexibility we’re referring to. We mean being able to adapt to different cities, states and countries – as well as new technologies.

Cultural diversity: We hire people from all over the world. We’re all bright minds working towards the same goals. You’ll be surrounded by friendly, welcoming peers. Because your success makes them look good too!

Boring is not acceptable. We prefer excitement, every single day. So sure, we’ll work hard as hell. But we’ll have fun doing it.

You expect it, and so do our customers. Premium service is our standard.

We strongly encourage an entrepreneurial spirit. We love people who take action and show us how much horsepower they’ve got!

Management Trainee Program

Interested in building a network by meeting people from all over the country—scratch that, the WORLD?! How about hands-on experience to develop your business and sales skills? Would you like breaking out of your comfort zone and engaging your entrepreneurial spirit at the ground level of one of the most expansive and cutting-edge companies in the US? Then your new game plan should be to become a Management Trainee for Sixt!

Trainees are among the most proficient and innovative assets we have. After graduating from the program, each Trainee has the opportunity to open or take over their very own branch and create a new consumer market in a fresh location. They are given responsibility for a team and tasks, including being the face of their very own business—it's up to them how to make it grow!

Meet some of our program grads...

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Sixt (Bengaluru) in October 2019.

    Interview

There were 6 rounds of interview, first was hacker rank then they called onsite and took 2 rounds after that they say manger is not here today, we will call you another day. In next date they took another two rounds, then next day they took HR round and director round.
And after taking so many rounds and all discussions the feedback was "You are not culturally fit for us". I lost 3-4 days for this rubbish company. After reading Banglore glassdoor reviews Ione should not go for the interview itself.
