So I am not from CS/IT background and in general find coding difficult no matter how much I try. I am into Angular and I found out that I like doing design part, HTML and CSS, but, don't like to do the api integration, data manipulation which requires coding. How should I procced my carrer with designing? Is it even possible? Do good companies hire people who are good at designing only?

Hi All, I am a SDE with exp of 2.5 years, mainly in Java Backend. Recently I did my first switch and got a hike arounf 125%, and was hired as a Java Developer, but when I joined the organisation, I came to know that work os more related to Devops(Docker, Kubernates, Taraform, etc) So what should I do now? Should I gain some experience working as Devops also or shall I again plan to make a switch? Secondly, is it common in IT field that they change your domain as we get allocated to project?

Hello everyone, I am having 4 years of experience in Asp.net , my current CTC is 2.5 LPA. I am getting underpaid. Now I am looking for job change and when I tell my expected CTC to recruiter they say they can't give me more than 100% hike . I am expecting 7 to 9 LPA. I can't afford a job change below 7 LPA.So what should I do now.?am I expecting more CTC?is it fair?Please help me. Tata Consultancy Infosys Deloitte Amazon IBM Wipro
