Poor work life balance, regularly work 50+ hours per week and often asked to work more.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Soho House (London, England (UK)).

    Interview

Applied for a role and was then contacted via phone to talk through the role. I outlined my salary expectations and for this role, my expectations were too high.

However, they then got back to me saying that the hiring manager would still like to meet me.

I did meet them and had a productive and interesting meeting. However, after that, I never heard a thing back, despite chasing for feedback at least.

Pretty rude way to treat potential employees not to provide feedback, especially when chased. I think I dodged a bullet here anyways; the way companies treat applicants in an interview process speaks volumes for how they would treat them if they actually worked there.
