    Pros

The company has nice working culture and enriching career path in the long run

    Cons

    Complex process and policies.
    Long process for activities.
Work place is too far away for me.

    Advice to Management

Process and policies needs to be streamlined a bit, as it is very complex to follow it while carrying out your KRA in the meantime.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sony (Bengaluru) in February 2010.

    Interview

Two rounds of interview. Both were quite similar only the interviewers were different. Interviewed mainly on points written on my resume and based on my aptitude test. Was asked to describe my projects. Standard question like why do you want to join the company; what skillset will you bring to the company. They wanted to ensure that the candidate has positive attitude with good communication skill.
