    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Sony Pictures Home Entertainment full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Nothing as such. Its a retirement picnic park

    Cons

The senior management is overpaid for licensing and account management roles . The job is so trivial that even a freshman can do a good job . Imagine at the top level they just look at how an iTunes and a bunch of accounts are doing. Deal making is not in their remit and just hold on to their jobs . Manjit singh and his cronies are just whiling their time without any tangible value creation .

    Advice to Management

Shut down this division . Have junior folks in licensing and account management roles . Doesn't need high calibre people .

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took a week. I interviewed at Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.

    Interview

Transitioned from Temp to Permanent employee after 3 months. Staffing agency was easy to find online. Called them up and then registered with the company. They interviewed me for the Ops position and sent me over for the job. I made sure to learn as much as possible while there and became an asset. After a few months they offered me a more permanent position.
