    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took a week. I interviewed at Souq.com (Bengaluru).

    Interview

Got a call from a consultancy and once shortlisted had a telephonic, followed with 4 face to face

Telephonic is more about java basics after which called for a face 2 face discussion

f2f is more on the design concepts, data structures, algorithms, problem solving and about the previous projects
Everyone in souq are technical including manages and even my director's round was a complete technical discussion.
Interviewers were friendly and were giving clues and extracting correct answers from me :)

I feel if someone having strong java basics and good problem solving and design concepts will find it easy.
