    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Southland Transportation part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Bring your children with you
    Time off during the day

    Cons

Company does not follow labour standards
Supervisors feel they can treat drivers any way they want and there will be no repercussions
Company blatantly lies to new hires about the hours they will be expected to work
Company preaches about core values but they only apply to the drivers
No HR department to take complaints to anonymously so there is a constant fear of retaliation

    Advice to Management

Stop treating employees as expendable and treat them like the assets they are.
Pay a better wage and stop telling drivers that A benefit package would be cheaper to buy as an individual than with hundreds of other employees with company support.
