Hi Fishes, I recently got a referral from Mr.X from a fortune 500 company in india. After i received an offer, X called and asked for a commission of 5% of the CTC, probably because he gave the reference. I know this is unfair. I know this is against policies. I do not want to pay him, neither do I want to ruin his career by complaining about this to the HR of the company. Any strategic way out?
