Hi all, I am a 30-year-old working at Wipro with 5+ YOE. I am holding 3 offers but am unable to decide which to choose: EPAM - Senior software engineer - 26 LPA fixed + 3LPA one-time bonus. PayPal - SE2 - 24 LPA base + 3 LPA variable + 18000 USD worth of reserved stock units vested over 3 years. Publicis Sapients - Senior Frontend Engineer - 30 LPA fixed + 2 LPA variable. Which offer would be better for future career prospects? Which offer should I go for and why?

ITR fy 2022-23 ay 2023-24 Start filling from 15 June to 31 Jully once received form 16 from employee. Generally they will give you after 15 June. Query : two employer two form 16 need to show second employer one month salary 3LPA in ITR Which is showing in traces site? Is that later part penalty will come from itr team? If not showing last month salary.
