Hi any shark here is an HR in infosys Infosys need guidance to get an early release. I am having daily headache due to the new toxic team lead who doesn't respect people working under her and treating them like slaves I have currently serves one month notice period and requesting for an months early release. I am ready for buyout option as well. Manger is also ok with early release HR is not approving for it Please guide on how to proceed
