With an call center, schedules depend on business needs. Schedules can change according to what is needed so when working here you truly need open availability.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at TTEC (Visakhapatnam) in July 2018.
In the hiring they condicted five tests. First round is essay writing, second round is comprehension, third round is aptitude, fourth round is around how fast a person browse the internet and the final round is typing test. I cracked all but I was not selected because lack of hindi fluency.
