Company offers you to learn & apply cutting edge technologies. For freshers I can surely say company will create solid base for long term career. While come to compensation company will pay decent amount as per industry standards. If you performs well you can expect good hike in salary which will be more than industry standard. Management has good vision & strong customer relationship & trust I have seen the customers have relationship with Techvedika from the beginning still they are continuing. CEO bought very good culture people have a comfort to reach seniors and management any time. You can see everyday CEO interacts with employees and share his positive vibe to every one. Management is sensible and professional and able to understand employee concerns and address it. Company always ready to guide/ help you in all the possible accepts when you really need. Though it is service based company you can get many benefits what most product company is offering. I have seen many of my employees having long relation with Techvedika. After worked on multiple MNCs I can surely say that Techvedika is one of the best company with lot of positive outcomes.
Cons
Though the company has lot of potential and doing good work but not focusing on Techvedika brand name.
