Hi Fishes, I have cleared Qualcomm interview and had initial conversation with HR where she mentioned the CTC I’ll get and HR also sent some stupid form to “Justify” around 10-15 points on team work, motivation and other bs. I asked the HR for a call so we can negotiate CTC and didn’t hear back from her. Been more than a week. Is this much delay normal in Qualcomm? Should I keep waiting or did I get ghosted by HR?

I will be joining EY India by next week, just need few suggestions. EY have offered me almost 225% hike on my current CTC but all is in fixed part no Variable or joining bonus they are ready to pay. Should I try asking for Joining Bonus as I have heard the BIG 4's pay minimum 1lakh joining bonus to lateral Hires. NOTE : I am just 2+ years of experience ! EY EY India
