    Assistant General Counsel Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in New Delhi

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at TechnipFMC (New Delhi) in March 2020.

    Interview

The interview process was abnormally lengthy. The recruiter company first called me directly and then a consultant scheduled a few rounds. March through June i was made to go through 6 rounds of interviews. At the time of the first phone call I had clearly told them that I was 3 days into my notice period and had resigned due to health concerns. After wasting my time and energy for 3 months by making me go through multiple screening rounds and me submitting all my documents for the offer, they informed the consultant (not me directly) that they were not fully convinced with my reasons for leaving the last organization. Also, when I called the HR 2 days later, he had no clue about this and said I am still pushing for you as the position has gone on hold. They had also tried to bypass the consultant by scheduling 2 rounds directly with me, without him in the know. The whole process left me drained, confused and feeling highly dubious of this organisation.
