I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The Indian Economist (Bengaluru) in December 2016.
They ask you to send in your works depending upon your portfolio as provided on the website of the company. Following that they send you a questionnaire to fulfil. Post that, they review it and inform you if you are selected over mail and phone call.
