Hi Sharks, I got HR discussion tomorrow for Salary negotiation maybe as I have asked for 90% hike. I have been nominated for Band promotion in my current company but will be effective from Jan2023. As per my research I will get 30-40% hike as well as I am eligible for annual hike on March 2023 So how can I stick with 90% hike on CCTC on HR discussion tomorrow? What if HR negotiate for 30-50%...can I inform them about promotion before hand once they ask why I am expecting 90% hike? Please help.
