I had absconded a company after 3 days of joining. PF had been created but no overlapping with the current company(as i have marked the exit date before joining to new company). If I want to switch to another company will it be any problem?

SDET to SDE - 6 YOE - Can it be done? Too late? Is it worth it? Accenture Tata consultancy services (tcs) Amazon Just got an option from my manager asking if i want to switch. Future-growth-wise worth it? Probably yes, since there's larger scope beyond 15 years Compensation wise? I earn 34lpa as a 6 yoe sdet now, can it get better than that? I have a relatively easier work load as sdet than sde, so if a 10-20% increase is what i'm looking at down the line, for 100% increase in workload, it clearly isnt worth it

Is FIS a good company to join ? What are pros and cons of this company? I have heard they are getting separated to worldpay then is it worth joining this organization? What will be consequences if it gets separated after my joining and which will be my employer then ? FIS Global Worldpay from fis
