What is health insurance like at Trafilea?
...We get a ton of benefits (health insurance, working tools subsidies (PC, accessories...), coworking subsidy, half day off on birthday, fitness bonus (steps walked and meditation), 15 +6 vacation days, and there's even a fund where employees can surrender a little part of their salary to help other teammates who are having medical issues and need help paying the medical bills....
