    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Transamerica in May 2015.

    Interview

Very unorganized. I had a face-to-face interview with the director first and did not hear back for a couple weeks before HR reached out to me for a phone interview. Later, I was then given an online behavioral assessment.
