I have been working at Trulia full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    free food, commuter benefits, Health

    Cons

In short a lot that you can count. I am highlighting a few. ....
To start with, politics and favoritisms are two big things which is letting Trulia down. So many people are leaving and Management is so scared that they are not allowing them to write a farewell mail to their colleagues. Its has become boy's club.

Constantly changing directing and technology is killing the productivity.

    Zillow's biggest mistake is Trulia.

Work from home is a myth and non existing. (Do not be fooled if your recruiter tells you it exists)

    Advice to Management

Trulia needs a leader (definitely not from the current crop) who has vision. We need better people manager than "technical" directors.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Trulia in August 2014.

    Interview

One 15 minute call interview. Very polite and nice a little bit over the place but fine in general.
I asked some questions and the answers were very vague, they don't tell you that its a contract position on the posting. They aren't quite sure about their particular needs but the person I talked to was very energetic and apparently she liked the company.
