I have been working at Trustpilot full-time (Less than a year)
Pros
I genuinely look forward to coming into the office - we have a great work life balance which is so important and the people are amazing. It's hard to read some of the negative reviews as it sounds like a different place to what I have experienced in my first year at Trustpilot.
Cons
Sales management are junior on the whole but this works well if you want to be managed by someone who has been in your shoes.
Advice to Management
Continue to focus on providing a great culture as we grow

Application
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Trustpilot (Copenhagen (Denmark)) in October 2013.
Interview
It was basically a friendly discussion, going through my previous jobs and pet projects and trying to find out what I would be interested in working on at the company. It was a group panel interview with the CTO and the lead developer at that time. They spoke a fair amount of time, probably as much or more than me. There were no hard technical questions at the interview, more of a personality match type of discussion and relying a lot on previous experience.
