    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UCI-FRAM Group.

    Interview

Interview was conducted at their plant. HR Manager called the week prior to set up a day/time for the interview. I arrived 10 minutes early and the interview started 10 minutes late. HR Manager and Hiring Manager conducted the interview. HR Manager started with my work history from when I was in High School until now. The HR Manager took up the majority of the interview. The Hiring Manager asked several questions pertaining to quality. When they were asked questions about the company, position and necessary skills, HR Manager became defensive.Overall impression was the HR Manager had a candidate already in mind and the Hiring Manager did not. Would have been a waste of time except for the experience in interviewing with a team that had 2 different goals.

    Interview Questions

    • HR Manger asking about past work history from when I was in High School until the time of the interview. Hiring Manager asked standard questions about Quality practices and experience.   Answer Question
