Interview
The interview process is very long. First you will interview with the recruiter. After you pass the initial screening I was interviewed by the hiring manager for an hour. The overall conversation was very positive and I was selected to go on to the next round. The next interview was conducted by a PM who was conduction an exercise on how to build a product. After I passed that I was reinterviewed by the hiring manager for an hour and went through a PM exercise on how to build a specific feature. One more I was passed on to two additional interviews where I talked about my process on how to build a product and high level UI/UX. They scheduled those last three interviews one after an other for three hours straight. At the end the they decided that my skill level was not sufficient enough for the team.How would you build a product for a Electric Company that has a black out period.
