  1. Senior Human Resources Business Partner Interview

    Negative Experience

    Interview

The recruiter in Ireland who I shall not name had scheduled an interview with me a day after I applied. He then cancelled 1/2 an hour before the interview and rescheduled me for a few days later. He then canceled on me the second time 1/2 an hour before the interview and said let’s reschedule for the following week. I emailed him back and said ok and I did not receive a revised invite. I then followed up with him the next day if he would be sending me a revised invite and I never heard back.

Issues do arise, but you can also inform another recruiter so they can take over the interview process. If he would do this to HR roles that would be effectively be potentially partnering with in the company I can’t imagine what he would be doing to other candidates as well.

When managers regularly discuss mental health with their employees, it signals that employees can bring their whole selves to work. A framework called the Stress-APGAR can help managers broach these conversat Read more here ➡️ https://blog.udemy.com/managers-support
