Ever since Perion bought the company it went downhill.
Employees were set in their ways and didn't want to change how things were done.

The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at Undertone (New York, NY (US)).
Interview
Process moved quick, with multiple rounds of conversations. However they asked to do a assignment. They sent me the document to some other candidate's attention....Put effort jnto a presentation to panel that was literally done to get fresh ideas on how they would conduct client reporting. They went with someone internal and explained when possible its very important they hire from internal...Then why waste my time?
