For a tech company that knows technology is ever-evolving, IT employees are aware of technological advancement and how new devices can bring learning, innovation and adapt-readiness - One expects current generation assets but it's common to see people use 4-5 year old devices. Bring BYOD to India.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Unisys (Bengaluru) in September 2012.
Initially there was a writing test in which you had to pass through. If you got through that there was an oral interview, where they recorded you voice. Nothing technical, they just asked you to speak anything you like and record it. The next day was the face to face interview with the company folks. Basic question were asked in algorithm and a few in math. Nothing too difficult. In the HR round you will be given a scenario for which you will have to come up with a solution.
