    Pros

Benefits are decent. Otherwise very few pros.

    Cons

Ivory tower with arrogant faculty that treat staff like servants. Chairs who don't know anything about administration. Managers that won't manage and fix problems. Highly paid fiscal people who don't know how to reconcile. WHAT A MESS.
