Cons
A huge part of a company and your wellbeing is the insurance coverage. The insurance they offer is only the High Deductible Plan which means if you are single you will pay $3k out of pocket and for a family $6k out of pocket. The insurance is awful! Also, do not come here if you’re planning on having a baby, they only offer 5 days paid for maternity leave! Can you imagine?! Not only do you have to pay $6k out of pocket but now you also will not get paid to bond with your baby and recover. They try to make up with extra activities but I’d rather have piece of mind if something does happen I won’t go into debt because the company is not willing to put their employees first.
Advice to Management
If you really care about your employees, invest in their healthcare and take a portion of those profits your pocketing into affordable insurance. Provide a maternity plan for parents to bond and recoup from childbirth.

Interview
applied online and got email to schedule my interview. VERY unprofessional recruiter who scheduled me at wrong time and a wrong date. It was just ridiculous!!! I won't recommend it to anyone who what to be treated respectful.
