All of my team mates agrees that their productivity decreases when working from office ( enjoyment increases ) I think that is the case for most. Still why companies are pushing return to office?

The way everyone is investing in SIP's now days, i am feeling its a crises in the making !! How is it a sensible investment if everyone is investing in the same thing every month, without even thinking about it. We just keep investing forever in SIP's. How will the market handle so much inflow never ending funds?? I mean, will it keep increasing juat bcoz we keep pumping money every month in it?? If not, then i feel this bubble will also burst one day.

I am currently on Notice period and have 2.5 months left. How can I get 25+ lpa offer. Since recruiters ask my current ctc even if I have offer in hand. Cctc- 11 fixed+2.3 variable. Current comp. - Accenture YOE - 4.5 Offer of - Cognizant-18 lpa. Also pls advice should I give interviews for selected companies only . I am getting calls from good mncs

After layoff, what is the situation. Can i get the same CTC as current, or should i ask more. Should i rush to join any company fast or apply to good company only. Senior frontend developer Yoe is 6 Tech stack: Raect, Angular. Current CTC is 21LPA Company: (One of the Unicorn) I am not layed off yet. I am getting stressed about what will happen if layed off.
