    Pros

    No weekends, competitive salary, good benefits

    Cons

    No customer service, cover up many internal errors which customers have to pay for.

    Advice to Management

    Try being honest and start treating staff and customers with the same respect you would expect for yourself.

    Presented with a reasonable basic psychometric test. After the test the interview begins with some standard interview questions, i.e. tell us about the company, followed by some basic example scenarios to test how you would handle a situation in the role.
