    Low staff (agents and leads), mediocre training, terrible shifts, disconnected management, excessive work responsibilities without additional pay, unrealistic expectations

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees and make changes that benefit them, not yourselves. It is the employees who run the company, as they are the ones putting in the physical work. Take advice from the ones who actually work the system and complete the processes before making unnecessary changes or changes that will negatively affect the work environment and atmosphere. Never have I worked for a company that did not take into consideration that people's lives change, and the need for new shifts would benefit the business and the employees. 3+ years and NEVER had a shift bid? What other company does that?! Happy employees make happy customers, which makes the company more money. People don't leave jobs that put their interests and needs first. The attendance policy has been made to attack everyone, and not the ones who abuse it. Why wait a year for occurrences to go away? People are afraid to stay home when they are sick because they might get fired. Allow agents to takeover shifts left behind and stop giving them to new agents. Find out why so many agents are quitting and why you are firing so many; there is no one here anymore, especially during nights and weekends. There is no support from the leads, and the two great leads you have are being ran into the ground. If management is not affected by having to work past 6 pm anytime during the week, they do not care about the agents who do or about the fact that they have no personal life. It's really sad because the office has so much potential, but has drastically went down in the course of a year. If you want agents to do better, you need to make them feel appreciated.
