    Pros

    I have worked at Vibrent Health for almost a year and it has been so rewarding. Each day offers new challenges and opportunities to help grow and develop the company and its staff. I’ve enjoyed establishing new policies and procedures, implementing a standardized performance management system that will now allow employees to receive timely feedback, and this month I’m rolling out leadership training. All fun stuff for me!

    Exciting additions such as the expansion to another floor of the building and a usability lab for research purposes. There are so many wonderful benefits and perks. The office is beautiful and modern with all the fun bells and whistles of a tech company. From the generous benefits package to the free snacks and happy hours, its exciting to be here.

    Management does truly listen and care. After receiving feedback just this year we’ve implemented a more generous PTO policy, added cell phone reimbursement, and are developing a training structure for each new employee. For existing employees, we are promoting our education reimbursement program.

    Cons

    Not that I necessarily feel that this is a con, but we are a quickly growing company trying to establish a strong foundation so there are moments of frustration when something is not already established. Sometimes it takes time to create new programs or implement new changes.

    Advice to Management

    With so many new developments, employees like to be kept informed, so providing as much transparency as possible is helpful.

    Einstein with IBM watson required: Before even start of interview, panel was much more busy to go, why should they call for such interview, if they are not interested. there might be disruptive person with his own ideology how particular tool work, unwilling to listen for multiple application of usecase

    • Mundane style of interview, I assume , all developers in this company have never heard a word like google search or stackoverflow or blogs , as if they have solved all of their programming hurdles from scratch thin air .   2 Answers
