I worked at Visier full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pay is sufficient, benefits are alright. Central location with a gym in the building. Lots of restaurants nearby. Snacks and drinks. Beer fridays on site!

    Cons

Leaders are still operating with ancient management skills from the 90s. I felt like a toxic old boy's club environment - just take a look at senior leadership! I was enthusiastic to leave after less than a year.

    Advice to Management

Update your management skills and principles. It's a new, collaborative, inclusive and tolerant world out there. Respect your employees and expect them to be smarter than you. That way you'll be able to appreciate them for all their differences and keep employees around, as I've witnessed SO much turnover over my short time there. Top-down leadership isn't sustainable in the new economy. And people will only tolerate less-than-great morale for so long. I highly suggest looking into Intention-based leadership.

    Interview

Had a phone interview with Visier and it went really well. It was short, sweet, and casual. The interviewer was super friendly and it felt like a nice conversation (~15 minutes)
