Interview
Fastest process ever, got the offer with 3 days. It was 2 round process, in 1st round, HOD took the interview, it was more like a life experience sharing session where we bith share our experiences and Vistaar expectations from the role.
On the next day, for the 2nd round, the HR Head alomg with my HOD had discussed about the role and other functions, mostly related to my work.
In the meantime, psychometric test was conducted by the HR.
Next day, HR came with the offer, it was an online process. Acceptance was also online. First of all they asked me to provide KYC details along with work and educational information on the online portal.
