I have been working at WE Charity full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The organization is evolving and changing for the better. In the many years I have been there, there have been many improvements to the employee experience- from improved time off, lieu days and Christmas off. Great benefits and colleagues. There is strong investment in people managers whereby managers continually add to their toolkits managing diverse and passionate employee base.

    Cons

There are normal growing pains which management is hard at work addressing

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at WE Charity.

    Interview

After submitting the application online, with resume and why you want to work at Free the Children, they have a "10 minute" informational call. It usually is not 10 minutes because they ask you about 5 questions on why you are interested in the position and a little bit about your experience. If you pass you are invited for an interview.

    Interview Questions

    • Initial informational call had basic questions- why are you interested in free the children? Why did you apply for this position? What experience do you have that relates to this position?   Answer Question
