Advice to Management

Indian Management team is biased. Lots of good seniors resigning. Tamil employees getting dominant in higher levels. Lack of diversity. No proper roles assigned to employees based on there experience.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at WONGDOODY (Bangalore) in Jan 2021

    Interview

The interview was done online via Microsoft Teams. There were 2 people on the panel. One of the panelist was very harsh and rude. The questions asked were very pointed. The interviewer gave some good critical feedback of my work but also belittled some other work. Overall the experience with one of the interviewers was very harsh. He did not seem like he wanted to hire rather seemed like he was there to just personally criticise my work.
